Customs, duties, and taxes
International shipments are typically sent Delivered At Place (DAP). This means any import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are assessed by your local customs authority and collected by the carrier upon or prior to delivery.
We include a commercial invoice with accurate item values.
Refusal of duties may result in the package being returned; shipping costs are non-refundable.
We cannot declare lower values or mark items as gifts.
Will I pay duties?
It depends on your country and the order value. Contact your local customs office for thresholds and rates.
Addresses and delivery preferences
We ship to residential and business addresses. PO Boxes may be served via USPS only.
APO/FPO/DPO: Eligible via USPS; delivery may take longer.
Signature may be required for high-value orders or at our discretion.
Address changes can be requested before dispatch—contact support as soon as possible.
Delivery issues
Lost or delayed
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 5+ business days, reach out. We’ll open a trace with the carrier and keep you posted.
Damaged in transit
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the box, label, and item. We’ll assist with a claim.
Tip: If marked “Delivered” but not received, check with neighbors and your building manager first.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after verification. During peak drops and holidays, allow an extra 1–2 days.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Orders placed before 1pm PT may ship the same business day if verification completes in time. Choose Expedited or Express at checkout for the fastest delivery.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact support immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update it. After dispatch, changes depend on carrier options and may incur fees.
Will my shipment require a signature?
We may require signatures for higher-value orders or at our discretion to protect your purchase.
