  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, items are new or pre‑verified by our team or partners. We do not claim affiliation with Supreme or VF Corporation. Supreme is a registered trademark of its respective owner. SupremeHoodie.org is an independent marketplace and educational resource.
  • Inspection notes, size guides, and condition descriptions are estimates; minor variances may occur.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limits, suspected fraud, pricing or typographical errors, or payment authorization issues.
  • Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude shipping, taxes, duties, and fees, which are calculated at checkout.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel your order or contact you for instructions before processing.
  • We accept major payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize us to charge the total amount.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by destination, carrier, and verification lead times.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please inspect packages upon receipt and contact us promptly if an issue arises.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are your responsibility unless otherwise indicated.

  • Items returned used, missing tags, or outside the stated window may be refused or subject to restocking fees where permitted by law.

  • Promotional codes are single‑use, non‑transferable, and subject to the terms displayed at issue. Unless stated, promos cannot be combined and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Store credits or gift cards (if offered) are redeemable only on SupremeHoodie.org and are not reloadable or returnable unless required by law.
